What authenticity guarantee do Honnest products have?

At Honnest, we create and develop our own designs, managing and taking care of the end-to-end creation process, and working with our craftspeople. Honnest uses only fine metals to manufacture its jewelry. All pieces are made of sterling silver, and silver with a range of finishes: 18-carat yellow or rose gold.

Will the product I am buying be the same as the one in the photograph?

The photographs shown on the website are accurate depictions of the products you will receive. However, it’s important to remember that these are professional photographs, with special lighting intended to show even the most minute details of each piece. Because each product is hand-crafted with natural materials, you may notice minor differences due to manufacturing processes, especially with artisanal methods. On occasion, there may also be differences in the colours and details, depending on the monitor and color settings you use to view our website.

PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my order?

There are a number of payment options to choose from. All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and Honnest to ensure security and to prevent fraud.

When will be I charged?

When you place your order and the charge is authorized you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been successful. We will not charge you until we process your order and ship it from our warehouse.
If the charge is not authorized you will be notified immediately on the screen that payment hasn’t been successful and the charge will not appear on your credit card statement. If you want to continue with your purchase you will be asked to provide another method of payment.

Why wasn’t my delivery charge refunded when my return was processed?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for shipping fees unless you were sent the wrong item, or an item that was damaged or defective.

Why register?

Although you can make purchases without having to register, the registration option will let you: browse our website more easily, save your favorite products, add different delivery addresses to your personal account, and monitor your orders.

Do I have to register to make a purchase?

You don’t have to register on the website to make your purchase. To make an order you must provide the following information, which is required by law: name, surname(s), email, phone number, and address.

Can I send my order to someone else?

You can send your order as a gift to someone else, just let us know during the purchasing process. We always send our jewelry in beautiful packaging, which makes the perfect gift.

How can I check that my purchase has gone through correctly?

We always send one email to confirm your purchase and a second email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive either of these communications, send us an email at honnestcrew@gmail.com. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use all types of local and international carriers and courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received the order. Once the order is complete, you will receive another email notification with the tracking information. Shipping costs are not refundable in the case of returns.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over 150€ in Spain (peninsular) and 6€ in the Balearic Islands. Orders ship within three business days.Shipping costs for orders below 150€ are 4€.

Do you do international shipments?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel.

All Honnest shipments ship from Spain.

What are the delivery times?

To shop with us is easy!

For all purchased products that are on stock your order will be delivered within 3-15 working days to the address you wrote on the Payment & Delivery page. We will send you an ‘Order Confirmation’.

For all purchased products that are not on stock please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be delivered.

Your order will be delivered by UPS to the address you specified and is insured. You will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested. Please note: for all international orders, your shipping charge do not include any customs fees that you may incur. We are not responsible for these additional fees.

Honnest Crew will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Please note, that in case of delivery outside EU you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than Spain. If you have any questions with regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.

How do I organice a return?

We hope you love your Honnest item, but if for any reason you’d like to change a size or return an item, we are here to help.

We accept unworn and new items. Customer must contact us at hello@honnestcrew.com with your order number and reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that you must return the jewelry in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Any faulty jewelry can be returned. Any non-faulty jewelry that is not in a condition suitable for resale will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours. For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any additional customs fees.

What should I do if I receive a faulty product or one that is different to what I ordered?

In the unlikely event that the product should have a fault or if it isn’t the one you ordered, please contact us at hello@honnestcrew.com. We’ll collect your order and deliver your jewelry in the correct conditions as quickly as possible. We’ll get in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Orders containing products that are in stock will be processed and shipped within three business days. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time, contact us at hello@honnescrew.com and we will resolve the issue.
